Parents Rights Policy adopted by the Board of County Commissioners

The following is the Policy (Parts 1 and 2) that were adopted by the board in August of 1997. After the Democrats re-took the County Commission in 1998, they rescinded the policy along a party line vote (Democrats against parents rights, Republicans in favor).
