  JOST (Joseph) EBERSOL lands in Philidelphia on September 3rd, 1739 on the ship "Robert and Alice" (Generation 1D) - See Section I of 2

  JACOB EVERSOLE (EBERSOL) born 1760

  WOOLERY EVERSOLE (EBERSOL) born 1797, died 1868 (see 4e on page 104 below).

  JOHN C. EVERSOLE (EBERSOL) born 1828, died 1865. A Major in the 14th Kentucky Calvary for the Union. Killed by Morgan's raiders for being a southern abolitionist opposed to Slavery. Family were "conscience Whigs" but became Republicans because the Whigs refused to repudiate Slavery.   JOSEPH C. EVERSOLE born 1852, died 1888. Mudered during the French-Eversole War. Delegate to the 1888 Republican National Convention in Chicago from the 10th District of Kentucky. District Circuit Judge and Attorney. See Eversole Family Bible (My great-great grandfather- also see 6c below on page 109)

  CLARA BELLE ("Pet") EVERSOLE born 1882, died 1967. Married Manon Cornett. See Eversole Family Bible (My great-grandmother - also see 7d below on pg 110).
