|
The following is a summary of the History of the Wyatt Family after their arrival in America. Starting with the Rev. William Edward Wyatt, Rector of St. Paul's Parish in Baltimore (whose father and mother were James Wyatt and Mary Winslow), this is the American branch of the Wyatt Family. The Wyatt's from England married into the Winslows who were early settlers and at the Plymouth Colony in 1620. Mary's Father, Edward Winslow, was a Reverend and is buried at Kings Chapel in New York City (under the alter). The Winslow's and Wyatt's were "Tories" and supported the King of England in the Revolutionary War.
