GOP make good on proposal to issue COPS for highest-priority growth schools - To be on BOCC 11-15-2005 agenda (next Tuesday)

Democrat fuss and fume - one calls the GOP a "cabal" and a bunch of "plotters"

Like Bill Clinton: School Board debates what the meaning of "no" really is

So.............What is the Democrats plan? Do they have one?

"....this COP's proposal is a significant element of pure political maneuvering and strategy by a cabal, i.e. a conspiratorial group of plotters or intriguers, comprised at its core of Bill James, you, Jim Puckett and Larry Gauvreau aimed at regaining control of the Board of County Commissioners by Republicans in the November 2006 election and seeking to gain control of the three at large seats in the at large school board elections in November 2007." - Dumont Clarke (d)
